The major complaints levelled against live dealer casinos are a) that you have no recourse if you feel a dealer has dealt unfairly (there are no player logs to fall back on) and b) the game can be slowed down as a result. That said, most online casino sites now incorporate the live dealer games with the standard casino games in one download, so you can just switch around.
